Position Title: Senior Data Manager/Analyst (Two Positions)

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Overview: IBTCI is seeking a Senior Data Manager/Analyst to lead data systems, analytics, and visualization for an upcoming large-scale MEL program to support the U.S. Department of State (EUR/ACE).support contract for the U.S. Department of State (EUR/ACE). This role will support both project-level monitoring and meta-level portfolio analytics, including management of the SPARK Salesforce database. The role will ensure that data systems generate accurate and timely evidence to support accountability, demonstrate return on investment, and inform strategic decision-making aligned with U.S. foreign policy priorities.

Work environment: The position is based in the United States with possible travel to the target regions.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: Travel outside of the U.S. might be required.
Pay Transparency Statement: We are dedicated to ensuring a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. Our commitment includes conducting a comprehensive salary analysis that considers individual skill sets, qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $85000- $115,000 USD annually.
